<p style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin: 10px 0px;">SANTO DOMINGO. “Qué pena que los casos de los poderosos le den amnesia”, respondió ayer la fiscal del Distrito Nacional, Yeni Berenice Reynoso, a los cuestionamientos que le hiciera la directora de la Procuraduría Especializada de Persecución a la Corrupción (PEPCA), Laura Guerrero Pelletier, por sus declaraciones sobre las investigaciones sobre el caso de corrupción en la Oficina de Ingenieros Supervisores de Obras Públicas (OISOE).</p>
<p style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin: 10px 0px;">Ante las declaraciones de Yeni Berenice Reynoso de que tiene pruebas de la comisión de actos de corrupción presuntamente cometidos por Miguel Pimentel Kareh desde OISOE, Guerrero Pelletier criticó el viernes que la fiscal, que se conoce los procedimientos y cómo se sustenta un expediente, declare ahora sobre esas pruebas.</p>

<p style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin: 10px 0px;">Agregó que las declaraciones de Yeni Berenice Reynoso “fueron innecesarias y con el único objetivo de justificar actuaciones y obtener connotación pública, que no es sano para los procesos judiciales”.</p>
