La Policía señala al hijo del exgeneral Percival Peña, John Emilio Percival Matos, como uno de los coautores del asalto a un camión de valores la pasada semana que dejó un vigilante muerto y otro gravemente herido, en el sector de Bella Vista de esta capital, y que cargaron con más de tres millones de pesos.<br />

La información se da a conocer en un comunicado enviado por la Dirección Central de Investigaciones y la Interpol a la Dirección Nacional de Migración, la cual está firmada por el coronel José Feliz Cabrera.</p>
<p style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); line-height: 20px; margin: 10px 0px;">“Respetuosamente nos dirigimos a ese Despacho (Dirección de Migración), en ocasión de solicitarle, en la medida de las posibilidades, sean colocados sendos controles migratorios en los aeropuertos (...) a los nombrados<a href="http://www.diariolibre.com/noticias/teniente-en-detenido-habra-recibido-us350-mil-por-robar-avin-MKDL310480" rel="follow" style="text-decoration: none;"> John Emilio Percival Matos</a> Cédu., No. 001-1505107-0, (...) y Brayan Peter Félix Paulino (...) a requerimiento del Comandante Departamento Investigaciones de Homicidios, PN, por ser señalados como los autores del asalto a un camión de valores en la plaza Bella Vista Mal, ocurrido en fecha 14-09-2016, quienes fueron identificados en el día de hoy (ayer) y se están solicitando las respectivas órdenes de arresto”, dice la comunicación.</p>
<p style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); line-height: 20px; margin: 10px 0px;">Se recuerda que el exteniente del Ejército Percival Matos y su esposa, Ginnssellys Halversoni Vásquez, estuvieron también involucrados en el robo de un avión en el aeropuerto Joaquín Balaguer (El Higüero) en el 2013, de cuya acusación fueron <a href="http://www.diariolibre.com/noticias/tribunal-descarga-acusados-de-robo-de-avin-en-el-higero-CMDL373504" rel="follow" style="text-decoration: none;">descargados</a> por el Segundo Tribunal Colegiado de la Cámara Penal del Juzgado de Primera Instancia.</p>
<p style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); line-height: 20px; margin: 10px 0px;">Según las investigaciones, los individuos que interceptaron el camión utilizaron un fusil M-16 para cometer el asalto y con el cual dispararon a los vigilantes, Bienvenido García Núñez, de 45 años, quien falleció, y a Yervin Eduardo Cuevas Perdomo, de 33, quien se encuentra grave en el Centro Médico Dominicano.</p>
